This magnificent flower, the bird of paradise, attracts the artist by its shape, but especially by its subtle purplish colors integrated in its growth.  The orange color is the dominant color and nourishes the eye.
 
Work based on beeswax, Damar resin, pigments and shellac on wood, deposited in a warm white float.  As a close look, we can see that "Everything is there, in its center".
