We kindly ask you to carefully read the following terms and conditions, they bind you with the Merchant, owner of the Site. In addition, you thereby accept the electronic mode of communication with the Merchant for all of your exchanges and that these meet all the requirements of written communication.
We reserve our sole discretion to refuse to serve you, to cancel an order, to close your account, to delete or modify the content of the Site or to cancel an order whether or not you have complied with these Terms and Terms.

Confidentiality of personal information
Please see our privacy policy available at the bottom of our site to learn about the ways in which we collect, share and manage your personal information.
The products and services offered are intended to be sold to adults who have reached majority in your place of residence, i.e. 18 years of age in the province of Quebec. By using the Merchant's Site, you represent and warrant to it that you are of the age of majority in your place of residence.
Accuracy of information
We do everything in our power to ensure that all information published on our Site is error-free, but we cannot guarantee this fact. We may refuse or cancel an order containing an item with an incorrect description or price. Unless otherwise indicated, prices are quoted in Canadian currency.
The products offered on our Site as well as the dates of offers, prices and availability, characteristics and technical specifications of these products are subject to revision and change without notice. It is possible that a product ordered online is no longer available in our inventory or that it cannot be delivered due to a situation beyond our control. We will then proceed to cancel the order and refund the sums paid in return, if this is the case.
Your only recourse in the event of non-conformity of the description of a product is to return it in its original packaging for the purpose of reimbursement, in accordance with the reimbursement provisions which apply below.

Applicable laws
These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the province or state of Quebec or the country of Canada applicable to it. In addition, any legal recourse against the Merchant must be brought before the judicial district in which the city of Granby is located.
Order errors
In the event that you believe that an error has occurred when placing an order, we invite you to notify us without delay, but at the latest within 48 hours of its discovery by sending us a message at the next address : bouchardpascale2@gmail.com and telling us in sufficient detail what error has been made.
Delivery and returns
Delivery costs are free everywhere in Quebec. Canada, the United States and internationally, fees will be calculated according to the weight and dimensions of the work by the artist. This information will be sent to you before sending for your agreement.
For clothing, the company, Le Galeriste, in collaboration with the artist Pascale Bouchard, are responsible for all damages, imperfections and/or delivery problems. However, you can contact the artist by email to receive advice and/or help from the company Le Galeriste.
The delivery method and the name of the carrier will be determined by the Merchant and our usual delivery times in your territory are: 2 weeks.
We undertake to deliver your purchases to you within a reasonable time subject to the availability of the carriers used by the sender, who are solely responsible for the delivery of the products or services purchased.
Risk of loss and title to the purchased good or service pass to you when it is handed over to the carrier or if the goods cross an international border, such risk passes to you after customs clearance.
Cancellation, Exchange, Termination, Return, Exchange or Refund Policy
You can cancel the order of a good that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the problem that prompts you to cancel the order with our customer service and obtain prior consent to cancel the order.
You can exchange a property that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform the Merchant of the problem affecting your product and obtain an exchange authorization from them. Thereafter, you must, if required by the Merchant, ship the goods to their address in order to obtain an exchange.
You can request a refund for a property that does not suit you. In this case, you must inform us of the problem affecting your product within forty-eight hours of receipt of the latter from our customer service department and obtain an exchange authorization. Thereafter, you must, if required by the Merchant, ship the goods to the distributor's address in order to obtain a refund.
Subject to the other provisions herein, your (refund) (exchange) (exchange/refund) request must reach us no later than 7 days after the date of purchase .
If required by the Merchant, the returned product must be in its original packaging.
We do not bear the return costs.
In all cases where a return of goods is required by the Merchant, the right of ownership of returned goods is only transferred to him when it has been received by him at his physical place of business.
Disclaimer of Warranty
Subject to applicable laws, the merchant excludes all guarantees or conditions, express or implied, as to the title, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the products and services sold on the site. It also excludes all warranties or conditions, express or implied, in the content, elements, products (including software) or other services included on the site or through them as well as on its servers and in the electronic communications.
Limitation of Liability
The merchant shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage resulting from the use or misuse of the site or for the purchase of goods on it, including, but not limited to, damages for loss of profit, use of data or other intangibles, even if the merchant has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Copyright
The copyrights and Trademarks contained in the information published on the Site are protected by the laws relating to intellectual property and are made available on the Site by the granting of a specific license in this regard.
In accordance with the laws relating to intellectual property in force, it is prohibited to use, display or exhibit any trademark, copyright or any other protected work accessible on the Site for any reason other than to proceed to the sale of these products and services without the right to grant sublicenses to third parties. The owners of the marks appearing on the Site retain all rights not expressly granted in these Terms and Conditions.
